Legal Agreement and Binding Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and StackMaster Pro. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our educational services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement.
This Agreement governs your legal relationship with StackMaster Pro and establishes the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, forming a comprehensive legal framework for your participation in our educational programs.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2 Prohibited Activities and Behaviors
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

- • Reverse engineering proprietary content
- • Creating unauthorized derivative works
- • Commercial use of educational materials
Behavioral Violations
- • Harassment or discrimination
- • Spam or unsolicited communications
- • Impersonation of others
- • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
3 Content Guidelines and Restrictions
When creating or sharing content within our platform, you must ensure:
Appropriate Content Standards
All content must be professional, educational, and respectful. Content should contribute positively to the learning environment and maintain academic integrity.
Originality Requirements
Submitted work must be original and properly attributed. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or submission of work that is not your own is strictly prohibited.
4 Age Restrictions and Requirements
To use our services, you must meet the following age requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or
- Have explicit parental or guardian consent if between 16-18 years
- Provide valid identification when requested
- Users under 16 are not permitted to use our services
Liability and Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackMaster Pro shall not be liable for:
Direct Damages
- • Loss of income or employment opportunities
- • Educational or professional setbacks
- • Technical difficulties or data loss
- • Course scheduling conflicts
Consequential Damages
- • Lost profits or business opportunities
- • Reputation or goodwill damage
- • Indirect or punitive damages
- • Third-party claims or losses
Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in question.
Consequential Damages Exclusion
Under no circumstances shall StackMaster Pro be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- • Damage to professional reputation or career prospects
- • Costs of substitute or alternative education
- • Emotional distress or personal injury claims
- • Third-party claims arising from your use of our services
Force Majeure Provisions
StackMaster Pro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- • Natural disasters, pandemics, or health emergencies
- • Government regulations or legal restrictions
- • Internet outages or telecommunications failures
- • Labor strikes or supplier disruptions
- • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
Venue: All legal proceedings must be initiated in Larnaca, Cyprus, where our principal place of business is located.
Dispute Resolution Procedures
Step 1: Direct Communication
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved through open communication and good faith efforts.
Step 2: Formal Written Notice
If informal resolution fails, you must provide written notice of the dispute, including detailed description and proposed resolution, at least 30 days before initiating legal action.
Step 3: Mediation Process
Both parties agree to attempt mediation through a qualified neutral mediator before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs shall be shared equally.
Severability Clause
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
The invalidity of any portion of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Terms Modification Policy
StackMaster Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- • Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students
- • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
- • Students who disagree with changes may terminate enrollment with full refund eligibility
